Having managed many leading brands and run a variety of businesses, my team and I have a wealth of experience in strategy development and execution for businesses of all sizes across many industries. Reporting

Analysing the results of your marketing is critical to ensuring what you’re doing is working, and where changes can be made to deliver more or better results. It also keeps us accountable so we can both see first-hand what effect our service is having for your business. We provide a monthly report outlining the key marketing metrics for your business.

Implementation

After we’ve worked with you to clearly define your direction and pulled all of the marketing activities together under one banner, we then set about executing the agreed plan and activities. This may include but not limited to advertising, social media management, website management, events all with the focus of delivering leads into the sales pipeline whilst, and with emphasis on, growing your database.

Coordination

Most small businesses are doing lots of “stuff” when it comes to marketing and in most instances not sure which or what “stuff” actually works. We help streamline your marketing function by taking over all of the marketing elements in your business and aligning them with the business direction. Our program takes into consideration the cashflow challenges facing small to medium size businesses, so we tailored our offering to provide you with all of the above for just: $1,500 plus GST per month.
